When recruiting for a Full/Part-Time Jewelry Sales Associate, we look for an individual who is highly motivated, enthusiastic about their work and willing to grow in a fast-paced business environment.

The Jewelry Sales Associate will be responsible for the following:



  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service initiatives

  • Communicate, solve problems, pay attention to detail

  • Develop potential clients through walk-in traffic.

  • Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client’s tastes and goals for future purchases

  • Keep track of promotions and advertisements

  • Reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping store transaction records, order merchandise when applicable

  • Comply with store’s security, sales and record taking practices/procedures

  • Arrange and organize displays on a daily basis

  • Clean and maintain the store weekly

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A college/university degree

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a luxury retail role or customer service

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work with a diverse client base

  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Superior interpersonal skills and positive leadership initiatives

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)

  • Experience with Photography and/or Photo Editing Software (Lightroom and Photoshop) a plus

  • Authorization to work in the United States


  • Retail Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Jewelry Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Must be available for Saturday hours.
