Production / Shipping Time & Returns


Some items are ready to ship right away, while others need a little more time to make perfect.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for special orders and 4-6 weeks for custom designs. Repairs and reconstruction can take time too, as our master goldsmiths are committed to the quality and integrity of each piece they work on. Once production is completed, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days. For next-day delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order. We ship all jewelry insured and trackable, either through FedEx or UPS, for which there is typically a flat-rate of $25. If you have any questions regarding shipping and insurance, please contact us ahead of time.


Return Policy

All on-sale, discounted, altered, or custom-ordered purchases are final.

Full-price, in-stock items may be exchanged within 30 days for merchandise or store credit only. Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of return. We do not give cash back on any returns.

When jewelry is custom-made, it cannot be returned or refunded. If there are any concerns upon arrival, please contact us at info@ithacajewelbox.com or (607)257-4666.

All sales are packaged with care and for the utmost protection. Shipping issues are the responsibility of the shipping company. However, if there was a problem during shipping, we are happy to help you begin the shipping claim process.
